Something interesting happened today....

A patient visited our clinic he had pain in his tooth on examination what we saw is that this tooth had an unusual C-shaped canal, which means the space inside the tooth was curved and joined together instead of being straight and separate. Because of this complex shape, germs can easily hide and cause infection. Using advanced instruments and special cleaning solutions, we carefully cleaned all areas of the canal, shaped it properly, and sealed it tightly. This allowed us to remove the infection completely and save the natural tooth for long-term function and comfort. 🦷

A patient visited our clinic with a complaint of mild but persistent sensitivity in the lower anterior tooth. He reported that crown had been placed two years ago, and despite repeated reassurances that the sensitivity would subside, the problem continued.

On clinical and radiographic examination, we detected a significant infection beneath the lower incisors. After explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan, we proceeded with crown removal followed by Re- Root Canal Treatment to eliminate the source of pain and infection. A new crown was then placed with precise fit and esthetics.

The patient experienced relief from pain and sensitivity and was highly satisfied with the treatment outcome.

A patient visited our clinic 15 days ago with severe pain in the upper molar (tooth 16) and difficulty chewing due to a long-standing missing lower tooth. Her primary concern was the persistent pain and the inability to eat comfortably.

After clinical evaluation and radiographic assessment, we performed a root canal treatment on the affected upper molar to eliminate the pain.
In the lower arch, the patient had a missing tooth creating a functional and aesthetic gap. Although an implant was advised, the patient preferred a non-surgical alternative. We therefore planned a three-unit bridge to replace the missing tooth and restore proper chewing efficiency.

Root canal treatment was completed on the supporting teeth, followed by the placement of a custom-designed bridge in the lower arch. The upper arch gap and discomfort were also addressed during treatment.

Today, the patient is extremely happy with the result — she regained proper function and a confident smile after years of discomfort. 🦷💫

A patient visited our clinic with a history of fractured upper and lower central incisors, an injury sustained nearly 11 years ago. Although he had undergone RCT at another clinic, he remained dissatisfied with his smile and sought a complete makeover. On evaluation, we noted that the upper central incisor had a more extensive fracture, so a post and core buildup was planned to restore its strength and form. Following this, all affected teeth were recapped to enhance both function and aesthetics. The final outcome brought a big smile to our patient’s face—after almost 11 years, he finally regained the confident smile he had been missing. 🦷✨

✨ Smile Transformation ✨
A patient came in today with heavy deposits, dirty teeth, and bad breath. After examination, we performed scaling and oral prophylaxis 🦷✨.

💡 Did you know?
If scaling is not done on time, plaque and tartar can cause gums to recede and teeth to become mobile/loose.
But with professional oral prophylaxis, there’s absolutely no harm to the teeth – the tooth structure remains intact, only the deposits are removed ✅.

The result: A fresh, clean smile and one very happy patient 😁💙

Healthy gums = Healthy smile 🌿

A patient visited our clinic with severe discomfort in his anterior teeth. Upon examination and taking an X-ray, we discovered something unusual inside the canal.

The patient had previously undergone root canal treatment (RCT) on two anterior teeth at another clinic, but he continued to experience persistent pain. During our procedure, we identified a broken burr lodged inside the canal — something we encountered for the very first time.

Using thorough irrigation and the ultrasonic scaler, we carefully retrieved the broken fragment, which turned out to be an EndoZit burr. After ensuring the canal was clean, we placed medication and allowed time for healing.

Within 3-4 days, the patient’s pain had completely subsided. We then proceeded with obturating the canal.

This case serves as a reminder of the importance of careful technique and thorough follow-up in endodontic treatments. ✨

A recent patient visited us with discomfort and an ulcer near a previously treated tooth. Upon examination and X-ray, we discovered that an incomplete RCT had been performed elsewhere—one canal was missed, and the other two were under-obturated. Additionally, no crown had been placed, leading to reinfection.

We performed a re-RCT to eliminate the infection, followed by proper obturation and crown preparation. Finally, we restored the tooth with a high-quality zirconia crown 👑

The patient was relieved and happy with both the outcome and the aesthetics!
