Smile transformation
A 64 year female patient With history of Controlled Diabetes comes to our Dental office with loss of almost all of her maxillary teeth due to periodontitis.Her Remaining front teeth were in bad condition, supraerupted and didn't gave her a pleasant smile which made her having low self confidence and avoiding social gatherings.
On Clinical and CBCT examination she was having atrophic bone, pneumatisation of maxillary sinus due to which conventional Implants were not possible.
Cortical bone engagement was decided with basal implants and finally cement retained prosthesis was delivered.
Her Final smile, glow in her eyes and satisfaction was almost like a reward for our team hard work.
