SMILE TRANSFORMATION

A 69 year female patient With history of Rheumatoid arthiritis on Methotrexate comes to our Dental office with loss of almost all of her maxillary teeth due to Decay and periodontitis.Her Remaining teeth were in bad condition,carieous ,difficulty in chewing food and didn't gave her a pleasant smile which made her having low self confidence and avoiding social gatherings.
On Clinical and CBCT examination she was having atrophic bone, pneumatisation of maxillary sinus due to which conventional Implants were not possible. Pre surgical investigations were done which were normal.
Cortical bone engagement was decided with basal implants and finally milled titanium framework with composite layering teeth cement retained prosthesis was delivered.
Her Final smile, glow in her eyes and satisfaction was almost like a reward for our team hard work.
