A female patient of age 45 years visited us with multiple root stumps,lower and upper anterior fpd's which were moving to and fro.

Upon clear instructions and detailed explainations about FMR with implants ,a fixed teeth solution by removing all teeth (as needed)she agreed to the treatment.

So after complete and keen examination of maxiallary and mandibular bone through CBCT and other diagnostic tools,we decided to go with ALL ON 4 method.

ALL on 4 implants model has been operated yesterday, safely with convenience.

Final prosthesis will be given after 3months.

Permanent solution for missing teeth

A male patient of age around 25 visited our clinic with root stumps in 36 region and he requested for a permanent and long standing solution which strongly provides chewing ability, functional ability ,aesthetics .

Therefore I advised him to choose implants with zirconia crown on a screw retained basis.

So immediately extracted the tooth , placed implant,sutured and sent back.

After allowing for 3-4 months of osseointegration ,placed gingival former,after a week removed it, scanned it and the screw retained zirconium is prepared and placed it.

Another day ,another happy patient.......

A female patient around 60 years age,with almost all loosened teeth visited us ,after examination found that she have chronic generalised periodontics.

Instructed her that she needs to get all teeth removed and be replaced with implants to have fixed teeth or else she can have dentures after extraction.

She chose to have fixed teeth with implants,
Placed 6 implants in the upper arch,4 in the lower arch,waited for almost 6 months for 2nd stage surgery as she have a fully type 4 bone in both the arches.

After the second stage surgery, got her both arches scanned and fabricated DMLS crowns and fixed after 2 trials.

As extractions of around 20 teeth and implants placement were done in a single appointment patient was very happy,

The entire treatment was painless as told by patient and as assured by us without much bleeding during the time of extraction and implants placement.

We brought her smile back ,her compliments after the rehabilitation made us smile.....,.

Female patient aged 33,woth missing upper left maxillary 1st molar, visited us and showed interest in replacing her missing tooth eoth implant,
Upon examination and CBCT x ray study, placed implant a day after her prior visit.
