1) Acces opening and BMP done the first visit til 25.06 neoendo s rotary file and met apex medication given for 1 week # #.

2) irrigation done with sodium hypochlorite 5%, saline & cholrhexidine

3) activation - done by ultrasonic activation by ultrax
Sonic activation by endoactivator

4) obturation - by seal apex sealer along with obturation pen and back fill by Obtura 2
