Mr.X,34 years old,a patient came to my clinic Dr.Mukherjee's Dental Care with tremendous hot & cold sensitivity and pain too.
Did the cold vitality taste and took a rvg. cold vitality taste result was not normal.Radiographic interpretation was, there is a crack line which was not visible in nacked eye.
Root canal treatment was done irt 36.
It was a two days procedure.
On the first day,chemico bio mechanical preparation was done till 25,4%.
Ultrasonic Irrigation done -5.25% Sodium Hypochlorite>17% liquid EDTA.Then flush with normal saline.
On the second day obturation was done with bio ceramic sealer.
POR done with Composite.
The case will be completed with Lithium Disilicate onlay.

A 50 years old lady came to my clinic with severe hot and cold sensitivity.Patient was advised for RCT . Access cavity open and complete caries removal done .Then pre endo build up done under rubber dam isolation.The pulp chamber was calcified.Calcification removed by ultrasonic.MB,ML,DB,DL found.But something wrong happened during BMP.K files separation are there in DB,DL.Broken files bypassed.
ML prepared till F2
MB-F1
DB and DL both - 25,4%.
Irrigation -17%EDTA,5.25%NaOCL, chilled NaCl,2% cholrhexidine .
Obturation done with bio-ceramic sealer.

A 37 years old lady patient came to my clinic with tremendous pain and broken crown.
IOPA was advised wrt.38.It was a RCT treated tooth.RCT was done three years back.But it's failed.Patient was advised for Extraction.
Extraction was done on the same day under local anesthesia.Suture placed.Patient is recalled after a week for suture removal.

A 40 years old lady was suffering from tremendous toothache.Painkiller was not working on her.She had to take IM to get relief from pain.After that day We had a telecommunication during durgapuja.I gave her few medications and gave her a appointment.Mostly all the dental clinics in city was closed due to durgapuja.
After the diagnosis, I told her about the treatment plan.And I did RCT.Now the lady is very happy and satisfied too.crown is not given yet.
