Let's save some BioRims...

In biomimetic dentistry, the BioRim and BioDome represent a structural model that views the tooth as a "compression dome" designed to manage biting forces.

The Two Critical Zones

✅ BioRim (The Foundation): The bottom 2–3 mm of tooth structure just above the gum line. It is the most critical area for structural integrity. Preserving the BioRim prevents the tooth from "spreading" or fracturing under pressure.

Unlike crowns which come with 5 10 even 25 years of Warranty.. Lithium Di Silicate partial prosthesis doesn't offer any.. what THEY offer is 'Good tooth health' .. longer Survival of the tooth ( not the artificial crown on top) & better prognosis... So choose wisely..
