64 year old patient reported to the clinic with loosened bridge in left and right upper back tooth region.
On examination, it shows fractured 2 nd molar in left and right upper causing loosened bridge.
Opg shows retained 17,26,27. Pdl thickening due to secondary caries in 13,23. Drooping of sinus lining in both left and right maxilla.
We placed 4*10 in 14and 24.Palatally angulated the placement of 26 with 5*8 . Indirect sinus lift done with novabone putty in 16 with 5*8 implant. All the implants have more than 40nm torque. Rct done in 13,23.
