Extraction of carious broken and partially impacted 48 under local anesthesia just in 5 minutes... Close approximated sutures given and Hemostasis achieved.

Transalveolar Extraction of Retained 45 was done under local anesthesia.... Suture was given and Hemostasis achieved. Minimal flap retraction and Bone removal had to be done to complete the extraction...

Extraction of distoangular impacted 38 under local anesthesia completed. As the I.D canal was passing so close to the root of 38 it was very crucial to preserve the aforesaid nerve to prevent further communications. 4 sutures were placed and Hemostasis achieved.

A patient was being treated for long standing periapical infection and Root canal Treatment was being performed with respect to 25... During prolonged follow up it was clear that to eradicate periapical infection RCT will not be enough.... Thus Apicectomy had to be performed of the aforesaid tooth. Thorough bone guttering followed by periapical granuloma enucleation, curretage and Retrograde filling with GIC was performed....Finally flap approximation and suture placement done...
