Patient aged 15 years came with severe malocclusion of teeth in both upper and lower jaw with mismatched facial aesthetics and chewing problem.Upon consultation with concerned orthodontist Dr arkajit goswami and after sucessful evaluation of radiographs and cast patient was advised for orthodontic treatment of malaligned teeth.Sucessful orthodontic treatment was carried off for 1 and 1/2 years at regular intervals to correct all the misalignment in the jaw.

Patient came with long standing history of 6 months of bony swelling on the right lower side of the jaw with numbness in the lower cheek area.Incisional biopsy was performed under local anaesthesia and it was of conclusion of being non malignant in nature.Surgical hemimandibulectomy was done along with reconstruction plating and grafting by oral and maxillofacial surgeon to eliminate the bony lesion.Teeth present in the adjacent area have to be removed also.Thanks to Dr. Dibya Falgoon Sarkar( Oral and maxillofacial surgeon) for his excellent treatment planning.
