A classic example of a tooth fracture when a prosthetic crown/caption was NOT placed after Root Canal Treatment!
The patient was asymptomatic after getting the RCT and thus ignored the crown, which eventually led to fracture of the tooth. After around 8 months, pain came back and upon check up the fracture was found.
The tooth eventually had to be extracted.
Thus sometimes Ignorance ain't bliss! 😅
