This is a journey with almost same heart rate every year i ran this race but body responding each year differently.was in a best shape in 2022 and suddenly 1st symptom began with sleepless nights and more recovery time. Coach decided we do less mileage. Running intensity was all based on how I felt on the day which was always unpredictable. Keeping patience was only the key . Just read the post and swear by the words 'Hang in there ,this too shall pass'
With smart work and determination hope to get better from here.
Thank u coach@ashishravalu_10 for your intricate readings on heart rate and power to put in. All near and dear friends also ,my family for all the vibes and blessings and specially for understanding her mom's priorities.

This racing season was a total hormonal play for me.Last year ended up with 1.40 Half Marathon and 3.42 Full marathon hoping to get better with passing year .Landed up in 1.49 Half Marathon and no Full Marathon inspite of registering one.
Everything on place with training consistency ,nutrition and sleep, recovery was not on place kept feeling fatigued even with less training and good sleep.Blood tests showed that I had landed up in Menopausal phase of life where all the protective hormones had declined.
Also to learn more and educate people did a course with Diet insight on Holistic Nutrition and Disease Management with advanced module on female health.Now hoping to share what I have learnt.
Big shout out to every female to just stay calm with changing hormonal profile, accept it and you will be on top of life always ,as we women know Things don't get easier, WE GET STRONGER !!
Small this which kept me going were to believe in prayers,positive vibes n blessings of your friends and family ,my coach teachings,do what all is doable and leave the rest.Evergrateful for community here.Be there and keep cheering for each other as we never know what one is going through!!
