Do you know the simplest brushing technique for Kids?
Make your child place the toothbrush over a set of teeth and brush using gentle CIRCULAR motions . Brush each set of teeth with 4-5 gentle CIRCULAR motions and most importantly make sure the same is repeated on ALL SURFACES of the teeth!
To make tooth brushing a fun filled activity , first ask your child to make circles in air outside the mouth and then slowly bring the child's hand towards the mouth and finally make circles inside the mouth !
Yes, it is as simple as that !

Are you brushing in the right way? Know the common brushing technique advised for Adults.
1.Place the bristles along the gumline at a 45 degree angle. Make sure that the bristles cover both the tooth surface and gumline.
2. Gently brush the outer surface of the teeth using a vibrating back and forth motion.
3.Maintain a 45 degree angle with the bristles contacting the tooth surface and gumline. Now, gently brush the inner tooth surfaces using a back and forth rolling motion.
4.Tilt the brush vertically behind the front teeth. Make up and down strokes and brush gently.
5. Place the brush on the biting surfaces of the teeth and use a gentle back and forth scrubbing motion.

Brush your teeth TWICE a day with a FLUORIDATED toothpaste for 2 MINUTES each time!
