كانت فكرة المريض الشاب ذو العمر 25 years هو عمل تقويم للأسنان وقبل بدأ خطة العلاج وحسب الروتين المعتاد preoperative x ray اشعة ما قبل العلاج ضرورية جداً والتي كشفت شيئاً في المنطقة الخلفية للفك السفلي
وبعد اخذ اشعة ثلاثية الأبعاد تبين وجود نخر كبير في العظم ،العجيب المريض لم ولن يشكو من الأسنان
تمت احالة المريض للاختصاص من اجل اخذ الخزعة وتبين فيما بعد بانها ورم ال Ameloblastoma ورم حميد لكنه يسلك سلوك السرطان في انتشارة local invasive and aggressive
صدمة كبيرة للمريض واهل المريض عندما قرر الجراح بتر نصف الفك الاسفل وتعويضه reconstruction plate
