Case at consultancy.
Patient having multiple Root stumps of maxillary posteriors
Had a loss of interocclusion dimension.
Extraction of Root stumps done.
Crestotomy done by piezosurgery of nearly 2-3 mm. & collected bone was bone-milled & used as autograft for indirect sinus lift procedure.
