Re Rct😷
Patient came to us complaining of severe pain and swelling in lower right back tooth region
By taking radiograph we concluded that patients 36 molar was rct treated with pfm crown 2 yrs back
With poor obturation, secondary periapical infection
And short filled root canal’s
We Retreated, by increasing working length
And lots of irrigation 💉

We had extracted his anteriors
Patient desired to get his missing teeth replaced
