ABOUT:
FDE-Academy is an extension of the Founders of Inter-disciplinary Evidence Based Approach In Dentistry Group(IEBA). Where IEBA is an intellectual peer based group, FDE-Academy is resolved under SSOS(Trust) registered with the government of India and is authorized to undertake educational programs and award certificates for the same. The group as its name is self-explaining believes in the
role of Evidence based and Inter-disciplinary approach in the management of dental diseases. Dr. Rahul Sharma and Dr. Sourav Banerjee has been promoting the concept since 2009. As years passed the duo felt that there exists a gap between the teachings in dental school and that is needed to run a successful private practice. Since its inception we have trained over 100 dentists throughout India and few foreign participants too. The Academy imparts training in different formats as Certificate Courses, Post Graduate Certificate Courses, Post Graduate Diploma Courses and Clinical Mastership Courses. Our courses equip the participant with caliber and confidence to start and run their private practice professionally and profitably. Our courses have in built Practice Management tips that help the participants to compete with the growing competition and build a profitable but standard practice. At present we have our modular centers at:

East and Head Office: Jamshedpur
South: Bangalore
Our courses include Lectures, Demonstrations, Hands-on exercises and Live case demo on patients. At present we are tied up with MIS implant system for IMPLANTS-SIMPLIFIED course and with SYBRON ENDO and SANMA MICROSCOPES for ENDO-CONCEPT course. The certificates awarded will be undersigned by our Academy, Faculty and Course Coordinators from our associates and to the body with which we are affiliated. VISION: To impart the protocol of standard health care services simultaneously elevating the benchmark of clinical care pertaining to dentistry by grooming the budding dental health care professionals has the attitude to change and sustain the change.
