The case shows a preop Xray of upper front teeth with a major cystic lesion. It was endodontically treated for three teeth in which TAP, Metapex and MTA were used. The 1yr follow-up showed excellent regeneration of bone while 2yr follow-up shows reduction in size of treated cystic lesio towards the foci.
