Some patients become a family over a period of time... the bond created is more than that of a patient and doctor .. in 25 years .. so many memories!

It's so heartening to see the intentional replantation done on the tooth in 2010 i.e 16 years back still doing well.. despite the compromised state of occlusion where the patient lost most of her molars in this period and has come for a rehabilitation
Patient then, in 2010 had reported with periapical abscess, calcified canals following a poor rct and failure.

Stick to your basics, it needn't be fancy appliances every time if patient can't afford .....still you may promise to deliver outstanding results
