Full mouth rehabilitation (FMR)

This 30 year old lady came in with chronic generalized periodontitis, gingivitis, malpositined teeth and multiple missing teeth. She complained of severe pain while eating alongwith sensitivity, loosening of several teeth and also compromised aesthetics.

We suggested her a complete denture but she was not comfortable with removable prosthesis and wanted a permanent treatment.

Under the guidance and with the assistance of my mentor we planned FMR and placed 10 implants (6 in maxilla and 4 in mandible).

The bone condition & density was poor because of the severity of periodontitis.
The treatment completed in about 7 months duration as we wanted to make sure proper osseointegration and healing of tissues.

Recalled 15-20 days after the prosthesis cementation, the patient is now free from all sorts of discomforts while eating and is satisfied with the smile and aesthetics.

30 year old male patient underwent the endodontic treatment almost 2 years back & has been complaining of pain with formation of repeated gingival abscess since then.

Retreated. And the tooth is saved. !!

Picture 2 : Got the perfect obturarion but decided to cut it short. Don't know what was thinking 😑
