A patient visited us for a smile makeover , though she wanted to do a full canine to canine makeover , we didn't want the patient to go through a procedure where we had to involve all six teeth to make her smile appealing , as she is still in her mid 20's . Looking at the scenarios we decided to go with the removal of the previously cemented fixed dental prosthesis and fabricated for her 2 layered zirconia crowns . For shade matching we used Vita Easy Shade Advance .

We try to be as conservative as possible in our treatment plans as it helps preserve teeth as well as it helps us to achieve desired results for our patients without getting too invasive in certain cases .
