Patient visited to the clinic with complaint of loosening of upper anterior tooth, faulty prosthesis with 11 And patient was conscious about aesthetics and wished for immediate replacement of tooth (11,21,22). so we planned immediate temporization after extraction and made final impression after endure complete healing for final prosthesis. after that final ultra translucent Zirconia Bridge was fabricated and cemented.

Pt reported to the clinic with chief complaint of loose upper front tooth.
On examination mobility with 21,31,32,41,42 wa seen due to TFO.
Pt wanted diastema as she was comfortable with the same.
21,31,41,32,42 were extracted.
Loop connector with 21 and 23 was planed to restore the natural and a conventional six unit bridge with 31,32,33,41,42,43 was planned.

Patient reported to the clinic with pain and swelling in lower front tooth region
On examination abscess was seen with implant with 43 region.
Cbct was adviced and it showed implant perforation with buccal wall and lingual .
Explanation was done with both the implants and the site was debrided with gentamicin followed by implant placement with 34,44 region.
After 2 months second stage surgery was performed and ball abutments were placed and dentures were fabricated (conventional maxillary denture, implant supported mandibular denture)

Patient reported to the clinic with compromised esthetics in anterior region due to discolouration. The rvg revealed the need for root canal treatment with 11 21 and root canal was performed with respected teeth.
Post RCT tooth preparation was done. Patient was a gagger so make it easy for the patient digital impression was taken and all ceramic crown were fabricated with 12 11 21 tooth . Crowns were cemented with satisfying results.
