దానికి ప్రధానంగా రెండు కారణాలు ఉంటాయి.

🦷 1️⃣ Age factor
పిల్లలలో milk teeth పడిపోయి permanent teeth వస్తున్న సమయంలో అన్ని పళ్ళు ఒకేసారి రావు. సాధారణంగా front two teeth ముందుగా వస్తాయి. అందుకే ఆ సమయంలో అవి thin గా లేదా పెద్దగా కనిపించవచ్చు. చాలా మంది దాన్ని “buck teeth” అని కూడా అంటారు.
Face growth పూర్తయ్యాక మరియు మిగతా teeth proper alignment లోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత అవి సాధారణంగా normal size లో కనిపిస్తాయి.

🦷 Reason 1:
కొన్నిసార్లు పళ్ళు నిజంగా పెద్దగా ఉండవు.
