🦷⚡️Not every toothache is actually a tooth problem.

A patient came in convinced he needed another dental treatment. He had already undergone fillings, root canals, and even extractions—but the pain only got worse.

After a careful examination and detailed history, the real diagnosis was Trigeminal Neuralgia, a nerve condition that can mimic severe tooth pain.

This case is a reminder that the right diagnosis begins with listening. Sometimes, those extra few minutes can save a patient from unnecessary dental procedures and lead them to the treatment they truly need.
