A 50year old patient visited us with a chief complaint of extruded anterior tooth. Patient had of history of using dental abrasive powder resulting in generalised abrasion of teeth.

The extruded tooth was extracted followed by a fixed partial denture & composite restoration for the remaining teeth.

On further review she has mentioned that she has a habit of holding Sewing Needles with her upper front teeth. Which explains the reason for chipping of tooth.

A 26 year old patient has come to the clinic with pain and discoloured front teeth. At we have done a root canal to the discoloured tooth and put a cap over the tooth which matches with all other teeth.

▪️Patient came with the complaint of continuous pain in a tooth which was Root canal treated 6months back.

▪️Upon examination, it was observed that there was no obturation done & a broken file was seen.

◾️ The file was successfully retrieved and cap was placed on the root canal treated tooth.
