Post mucormycotic surgery, patient presented with an Oro-nasal communication. Prior to the placement of zygomatic implants, a denture with an obturator was made to assess the preferred location of implants. Following placement of implants (quad zygomatic implants on 1st quadrant and single zygomatic implant on the 2nd quadrant), denture conversion was done. The palatal portion of the denture was removed and a removable obturator was made to maintain hygiene and cleanability. The converted denture will act like a splint for the zygomatic implants till healing.

It has been a while since we have done a classic All on 4. The resorbed nature of the maxilla prompted us to attempt tilted implants and we augmented the procedure with additional pterygoid implants. For the lower jaw, a 3 tilted implant protocol with 2 posterior straight implants was carried. Both the arches were loaded with milled titanium bar with a graphene superstructure as a long term temporary.
Post healing, a classical Malo framework will be constructed with a milled titanium substructure. Anterior Zirconia copings will be layered with Emax for better esthetics while posteriors will be monolithic Zirconia.
