Managing a potentially full mouth edntulism is a tough one..
The situation becomes tougher when the treatment planning involves poor bone in the posterior mandible and maxilla….
the question arises whether one has to do a graft / graft less approach.
it still tougher if the patient says ‘dr do as you think is appropriate’ and the complexity becomes more when the patient is your students’ mom, and the student happens to be the 1st MDS student whom you guided to his masters….(the student does not stay in India… or else it could have been treated by him), but he said, sir i would have her operated by you only...…
