Pasta 🍝 is totally doable if you prepare it right.You can swallow it or chew them with your front teeth.
Avoid anything ‘ Al dente’.Be mindful that it should not be too hot and avoid use of tomato sauces as they are acidic and can cause discomfort after tooth removal.I have used whole wheat pasta made from durum wheat and added my favourite softened boiled veggies and sun-dried tomatoes in low fat cheese white sauce with minimal spices.
