Bilateral palatally impacted maxillary canines. Patient complained of discomfort on eating food and created obstruction for placement of implants for missing 12. Transalveolar extraction done under L.A. followed by placement of maxillary palatal stent to prevent formation of haematoma. Patient has no complaints on review and is getting prepared for implants.
