𝕺𝖗𝖙𝖍𝖔𝖉𝖔𝖓𝖙𝖎𝖈 𝕿𝖗𝖆𝖓𝖘𝖋𝖔𝖗𝖒𝖆𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓: 𝕱𝖔𝖚𝖗 𝕻𝖗𝖊𝖒𝖔𝖑𝖆𝖗 𝕰𝖝𝖙𝖗𝖆𝖈𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓𝖘 🦷
🔹 𝓒𝓪𝓼𝓮 𝓢𝓾𝓶𝓶𝓪𝓻𝔂: This patient presented with Class I malocclusion, highly placed canine and crowding in the maxillary -mandibular arch. To address these issues, we opted for the extraction of four premolars.
🔹 𝓣𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓽𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓽 𝓙𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓷𝓮𝔂:
𝓢𝓽𝓮𝓹 1: Comprehensive orthodontic treatment with complete upper and lower braces over 19 months .
𝓢𝓽𝓮𝓹 2: Extraction of four premolars to alleviate crowding and create space for canine alignment.
𝓢𝓽𝓮𝓹 3: Coordination of midlines for a harmonious smile.
