A little back history of the patient - She came to us with her old broken dentures and her husband caring for her since she was suffering from early alzheimer's. Her husband's main concern was that she wasn't able to eat properly, so we curated a design which she and her husband would prefer . We tried every possible way to make the patient understand regarding the dentures and they finally opted with the best in the market ❤️ nd now she smiles her heart out ❤️🙏

A female patient came with a sharp pain in her upper left 2nd PM . There was pain on percussion . Xray showed periapical radiolucency and pulp infection .

Hence , she was treated with Root canal treatment followed by post and core and since, only her half tooth structure was left so a full composite crown build up was done..
