The magic of smile transformation!

Our patient had a complaint of gaps in smile, least to say, she was hesitant to show her beautiful smile in pictures.

On case analysis, we found 3 major issues
1. Generalized spacing:
There was gaps at multiple places, mostly in the front teeth. So while smiling, the gaps were largely in focus. There were minor rotations in upper front teeth as well.

2. Over retained milk tooth:
In the lower jaw, there was still a milk tooth present as it was never replaced by a permanent tooth. Due to which, a major gap was present. Alongwith this, patient also complained of sensitivity in that tooth from time to time.

3. Tooth- Jaw Size Discrepancy:
This is when the teeth may be larger or smaller than the jaw area. In this case, the teeth are much smaller than the jaw area, which again led to the gaps in smile when viewed from side profile.

So after much discussion with patient about various treatment options available, we went ahead with direct composite veneers as they were the treatment of choice.

The procedure in itself took only an hour while the patient was enjoying listening to songs! In her words - it was absolutely pain - free and a fun experience !

She now flaunts her beautiful smile with FULL CONFIDENCE in pictures!
