The Pediatric Dental Check Up of your child starts with a detailed DENTAL HISTORY DISCUSSION with the Pediatric Dentist (where we discuss the child’s dental concerns with the parent and also the factors which could be responsible for causing the same). Following this, is a THOROUGH ORAL EXAMINATION of the child on our special dental chair fitted with a HD screen showing cartoons and movies. We use
a unique gadget called the INTRAORAL CAMERA to show the complete inside condition of the child’s mouth, showcasing all the teeth having cavities in the form of a live video and pictures on a screen. This helps parents witness the actual oral health condition of their child’s mouth and also understand better the severity of the dental problem. If a child is highly anxious and uncooperative and henceforth not wanting to sit on the dental chair; we have UNIQUE BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES & UNIQUE METHODS to do the dental check up & eventually dental procedures for those kids as well! We also use a SPECIAL LOW RADIATION EXPOSURE X-RAY device which actually looks like a camera for taking X-rays of the teeth with deep cavities. We discuss this treatment plan ensuring that parents understand every aspect of the treatments suggested for their child. Note: Our consultation charges are inclusive of all X-Rays.
