This patient did not want Rct and caps and wanted quick solution🤔. So we did scaling & polishing and direct composite veneers in upper 4 anteriors and lower 5 teeth.🕵️
We didnt chop any tooth structure and did minimum build up otherwise the teeth would hv looked too bulky. A single layer of dentin shade and enamel shade was used. Rest is the magic of polishing ✨
Still restoring the back teeth. Will share the pic soon.

Merry Christmas every1🤩🎁
This is the same Christmas tree we brought last year on christmas. Our plant is 1 year old😍.
Hope u all are also bringing real plants🌲 on christmas rather than the plastic onces👎 which after christmas will go in trash or if reused will not give you the happiness which you will get on watching your plant growth which (christmas tree) itself is a sign of immortality and positivity😇

Case of the day- Patient came with complaint of fractured amalgam restoration and broken teeth. Removed the old unaesthetic filling to be replaced by composite restoration😇

Case of the day- Patient got her tooth fractured while eating chikki.Yes, It does test your teeth🧐. Patient was in severe pain, R.C.T was suggested bt the pt wanted the culprit tooth out and we did agree on what the pt wanted. Here's the result.😇
Actually, the patient came 3 days back but the blood pressure was too high.(185/110). So we suggested the patient to take the medicines regularly, come in the morning time and on the day of extraction it was (140/90).still high, but we did the job.😇
