A 22 year old male came for replacement of his missing left lateral incisor on the same day.

I sent him for the CBCT and the report pointed about very less bone width of 4mm along with labial concavity in the middle

So I requested Arora JI for 3 mm * 11.5 mm Osstem Implant which he arranged on the same day.

And on the very next day we raised the buccal flap and inserted the implant with utmost care with no perforation or fracture of the thin buccal cortical plate.

The torque was ultimate and we immediately tightened the abutment and took the impression.

I forgot to take the final pic after crown placement so will take when the patient returns for the permanent crown.
