IMPORTANT: FALSE NEWS ABOUT LOPAMUDRA MEDICAL CENTRE

Dear people of Kodagu, this is to clarify that ‘Lopamudra Medical Centre’ has NOT been sealed down and is functional.

To the patients who were able to reach out to us we have clarified that it is not, but there have been instances where it has caused a lot of confusion to people who could not get in touch with us.

Before spreading rumours please think of aged people that are left in a state of helplessness about what to do.

There is a separate fever clinic and triage area in the hospital and patients with fever will be seen there to prevent cross infection with patients for routine review as per protocol.

The hospital will also need to sanitise the premises once a week, during which OPD services will not be functional. This is usually done on a Sunday.
