Main problem was inability to eat.
Nobel active implants were placed giving a very good primary stability.
After that he left for his hometown.
On returning after 6months final crowns were delivered in just a single day.

Patient came with pain in the lower right back region. Root canal was already attempted but every time root canal was filled patient had excruciating pain.
Upon CBCT evacuation a crack was noticed which was not seen on the regular Xrays.
An by was planned and tooth was a traumatically removed.
