Be the best version of you in 2026. Here are my top tips to have healthiest smile in 2026.,✨

1.Stop using whitening toothpaste everyday. Whitening toothpaste can be abrasive and can wear off your enamel if used often. Save it for occasional use.

2.Floss+ brush your teeth every night before bed. Nighttime cleanup removes days build up and protects your teeth while saliva flow drops during the sleep.

3.Stop using toothpaste without fluoride or HA. Flouride or hydroxyapatite helps strengthen enamel and protects your teeth from cavity. Don't skip this protection.

4.Start using a straw with acidic drinks. A straw reduces how much acid contacts your teeth. And protects it from enamel erosion and cavities.

5.Use a tongue scraper. It removes odour causing bacteria and improves overall oral health.

6.Brush your teeth as soon as you wake up in the morning. This clears overnight bacterias and helps you kick start saliva production in the morning.

7.Stop drinking soda. Soda is highly acidic and increases high chances of cavities and enamel erosion.

8.Brush your teeth 2 min everytime. Two minutes ensures you clean all the surface every time and makes sure the medicine your toothpaste reaches to every corner of your mouth.
