A 13 year boy presented in 2016 with class 2 division 1 malocclusion with retrognathic mandible with a horizontal growth pattern. Patient hss got a positive VTO Try planned in 2 phases. Phase 1 growth modulation with mandibular advancement followed by fixed mechanotherapy . This case was finished some where in April 2018. Pt came yesterday for removal of retainers. Follow up photographs were taken
