Another beautiful case:
Patient got her lower second molar extracted years ago, leading to supra eruption of Upper second molar, which caused loss of Contact between teeth and ultimately caries exposing DENTAL pulp.

We performed a single visit Root Canal Treatment under local anaesthesia.
The vertical hight reduction of the tooth and a temporary restoration was done.
The final treatment will be done with a full coverage, crown of upper second molar and Implant in the lower second molar.
