Retreatment of root canal treated tooth

Patient presented with severe pain in tooth treated by root canal treatment procedure at some other clinic. The cleaning was not complete and filling looked short.
The old filling was removed, the tooth was cleaned till proper length and filled.
Patient reported complete relief from pain
