Story of Immediate Implant Restoration...

A lady( travelling 40km with her scooty)came to my Dhenkanal clinic without anything discussion said -I want to extract my failed RCT tooth and do an immediate Implant.
It was a challenge to perform the task though it appears as simple case.
2nd molar RCT extraction, No bone between root apex and nerve,mouth opening, challenge for initial stability of Implant etc were to be addressed.One wrong step may lead to failure and I had to explain the lady not placing implant and may loose patient trust.
Case was smoothly managed and prosthesis delivered after 2month.
