Patient came at 12.30 pmwith upper right central fractured
Atraumatic extraction done .buccal bone defect of 4mm than lingual cortical plate
Osteotomy done in lingual cortical plate with 3.5/ 13 drill
Implant placed perfectly 4.5/13 in occlusion with good primary stability and torque of more than 40N
Buccal bone defect repaired with autogenous bone collected during drilling mixed with patient own blood
Suturing done and patient own tooth stabilized with super bond (clear)
Patient back to office at 1.30 pm
