पेशेंट के चेहरे के सामने वाले हिस्से की हड्डी (Maxilla) टूट गई थी, जिसकी वजह से उनके दांत पीछे की तरफ खिसक गए थे। हड्डी और दांतों के इस गलत पोजीशन के कारण उनका मुंह आपस में ठीक से बंद भी नहीं हो पा रहा था, जिससे उन्हें खाना चबाने और निगलने में भारी परेशानी हो रही थी।

🛠️ हमारा इलाज (The Treatment)
Repositioning: सबसे पहले हमने प्रभावित हिस्से को उसकी सही नेचुरल जगह पर वापस रिपोजिशन किया।
Wire Splinting: दांतों के माध्यम से वायर की मदद से टूटी हुई हड्डी को फिक्स किया गया ताकि वह अपनी जगह पर स्थिर रह सके।
21 Days Care: पेशेंट को 21 दिनों तक स्प्लिंट पर रखा गया ताकि प्रॉपर हीलिंग हो सके।

🎉 शानदार परिणाम (The Result)

🦷 Tooth Extraction ke baad kya-kya precautions rakhne chahiye?

Tooth extraction के बाद सही देखभाल करना उतना ही ज़रूरी है जितना कि उपचार। यदि आप इन आसान सावधानियों का पालन करेंगे, तो healing जल्दी होगी और infection का खतरा कम रहेगा.

✅ 30–45 मिनट तक gauze पर हल्का दबाव बनाए रखें।
✅ पहले 24 घंटे जोर से कुल्ला (rinse) या थूकना (spitting) न करें।
✅ Straw से कोई भी drink न पिएं।
✅ Smoking और alcohol से कम से कम 48–72 घंटे तक बचें।
✅ पहले दिन केवल soft और ठंडा/हल्का गुनगुना भोजन लें।
✅ Extraction वाली side से चबाने से बचें।
✅ डॉक्टर द्वारा दी गई medicines समय पर लें।
✅ अगर लगातार bleeding, तेज दर्द या ज्यादा swelling हो, तो तुरंत अपने dentist से संपर्क करें।
