Before: He visited us a nervous, under-confident kid. He wouldn’t make eye contact and expressed that his teeth had an extreme psychological impact on him. That people constantly made fun of him.
After: Evolved into the most confident boy and couldn’t stop smiling 😊

This patient presented with the chief complain of excess upper teeth visibility and a gummy smile; and maligned teeth.
While we could fix the alignment of her teeth with conventional braces, the gummy smile needed an extensive surgical approach. Her upper lip was short with high frenal attachment.
She didn’t want a surgical approach and she was treated with fixed metal braces to fix her smile as best possible with the chosen option.

A Removable fix for maxillary left central incisor:
This case was a little more complicated. The patient was wearing the same partial denture for 20 years and complained that the tooth got smaller with time. He wanted a new bigger tooth.
The problem was his lower central incisor which had over erupted in the meantime. However, after many adjustments, we were able to provide a functional as well as an esthetic partial fitting his needs.

She’s an old denture wearer and was not happy with her previous set. Adjusting to a new denture set is always difficult but she was extremely patient with the whole process.
