1. Early Loss of Milk Teeth
When milk teeth fall out too early, the nearby teeth start shifting into that empty space.
This reduces space for permanent teeth → leading to crowding & misalignment.

2. Delayed Loss of Milk Teeth

Root Canal Treatment (RCT) is done when infection reaches the inner part (pulp) of the tooth. The infected nerve is removed, the tooth is cleaned and sealed to stop the infection and save the natural tooth. 🦷

Since the tooth is already weak due to decay, fracture, or other damage—and some internal structure is removed during RCT—it becomes more brittle. The level of brittleness depends on how much tooth structure remains at the time of treatment.

That’s why a crown (cap) is placed over the tooth to protect it, restore strength, and prevent fracture.
