Another case of Composite Restoration of 45, 46, 47.
Since the occlusal anatomy was intact, decided to go for Stamp Technique to maintain original anatomy and occlusion.
Selective Etching done.
Restored with Tetric N-Ceram by Ivoclar Vivadent.
Polishing done with Shofu Dental composite polishing kit.

Another case of a in lower premolar .
The tooth was non-vital due Trauma from Occlusion as it was in cross-bite.

BMP done with Revo-S SCu file (25 6%).

Irrigation done with 7% NaOCl and 17% EDTA.

Unfortunately due to false tug-back the GP over extended.

Had to retrieve and re-obturate.

Post-op restoration done with Composite.

She was having difficulty with extending the distal canal and locating the MesioLingual.
BMP done with 25 (6%) in Distal and Mesial canals.
Irrigation done with 5% NaOCl and 17%EDTA
