this 23 year old patient was moving to Canada in 2 weeks and he wanted to address any dental issues for monetary reasons. He needed multiple class 1 cavity restorations. His #18 wisdom tooth was also removed. he had a huge tongue, oceans of saliva and barely 3 fingers opening. the patient did not consent for the extraction of #46 as it was not causing him any pain.
