Following is a cosmetic case

The patient reported to the clinic with dislodged caps from front tooth region.

Patient had a traumatic history with the crowns due to shortcomings like :
Compromised tooth structure
100%deep bite.

RCT and post and core were already done.
It was decided to go for crown lengthing to achieve some increased support for the crowns, following which zirconia crowns were given on centrals.

This case was done in 2 phase treatment plan.

The patient reported to the clinic for crowns in the upper front region, also already had orthodontic treatment from somewhere else.

On inspection, we saw there were spacing between the anteriors and an obvious open bite, giving crowns on such teeth was not a great idea.
Anteriors were already compromised.

It was planned to
First retreat the teeth orthodontically ( braces ) to improve the angulation of the teeth, which reduced the proclination of teeth, close the open bite ; after debonding the patient was kept on temporary crowns for 2 months to check for sensitivity. Followed by veneers on the anteriors four teeth.

Minimum reduction was done to achieve the same.

Correction of crowding case(irregular teeth) using Orthodontic treatment

Patient presented with
*Crowding in lower (severe) and upper arch
*Supra-eruption of upper 1st molar on right side
*Missing lower 1st molar right side
*End on cusp relation on both sides.

Correction was done for all these, patient was put on maximum anchorage for lower, no extractions were done, minor space was utilised from the missing tooth to correct lower crowding.
Class 1 cuspal relation was achieved.

Patient aged 55years, presented with spacing in lower anterior, which was increasing with time; also had compromised periodontium ( weak gums).

On inspection the option was given for braces or aligners, but due to perio issue among other issues of wearing aligners and braces. It was decided to opt for third option

As the patient didn't care about minor alignment issues, only front lower teeth were treated, transparent composite buttons were bonded on the front tooth, we started with just incisors and eventually bonded canine to canine, E- chains were used to close the space.

A removable appliance was given to the patient to maintain proclination and posterior occlusion.
The case was completed in 4 months, with healthier gums and teeth

Re-treatment case.

History : Patient was treated for forwardly placement of teeth a couple of years back, but did not wear retainers after treatment.

I took up this case 10 months back, she presented with spacing in upper arch, with increased overjet, cant in the upper arch and reverse smile.
Appreciate the incisal edge of upper anteriors in before and after images, to see that the cant is gone and the angulations have improved

We transform you and not just your smile.

Before and After pictures of a patient who underwent treatment for braces.
Came with complaints - irregular teeth in upper and lower; forwardly placement of teeth, incompetent lips. ( All can be observed from the pictures)
Ceramic braces were used, all 4 premolars were extracted, maximum anchorage case with Nance and lingual holding arch.
Case took 11 - 12 months to finish, with great results
