Prosthetically driven implantology 🙌

Not a single case is similar . As a surgeon you have to be prepared for the worst.
In this case used 4.5 by 8.5 implant .
Reduced mouth opening due infection in 37.
Opposing supra erupted 26 blocking path .
Placed implant medial to root as 37 was mesially inclined.
Had to place short implants bcs cbct showed deep lingual undercut ! (Hence CBCT is must !)
