Dental injury in children can be complex..Management of multiple luxation injuries in a 3 year old child under happy gas at our dental center.Alveolar fracture in primary right central and lateral along with extrusion and lateral luxation in upper left Central incisor.. Extraction of 51,52 due to poor prognosis and repositioned manually 61 under local anaesthesia... Review after 4 weeks with endodontic procedure done in upper left Central one week after trauma due to severity of injury... after 4 weeks nice healing of the hard and soft tissues.. Patient under follow up..
